摘要

Recombinant plasmid expressing p27~(kip1) and EYFP was constructed. We prepared and characterized DNA-containing liposomes after optimization on its formulation. This gene delivery system showed nano-scale particle size, negative surface charge and high encapsulation efficiency. In vitro experiment illustrated its proliferation-inhibitory ability on A549 cell lines.
