摘要

The aim of this work was to evaluate effects of glycocholic acid (GC) on the cytotoxicity, intracellular accumulation of epirubicin in Caco-2 cells. Effect of GC on the expression levels of P-gp, MRP1, and MRP2 was also investigated. In addition, the potential of GC on the induction of apoptosis was studied by fluorescent microscope, flow cytometer, and DNA fragmentation assay.
