摘要

This study assesses how performance and satisfaction of online students are affected by determinants -such as demographics, learning environment, and delivery methods. It evaluates probabilities and differences of students who will or will not take an online course. It provides an exploration structural model of online learning acceptance having three factors, namely, Communication/Feedback, Course Outcome, and Effort Required. Overall, students agreed that they had learned sufficient prerequisite knowledge from an online course to follow other courses in their curriculum. Students satisfied with their learning outcome tend to take an online course again in the future. This study also compares student performance and learning behavior in an online class with those of traditional classes.
