Identification of barley and malt species using Polymerase Chain Reaction technique

摘要

In this work, it is demonstrated by using DNA extraction method and a further developed Multiplex-PCR system that a differentiation between summer and winter barley species can be accomplished. A differentiation between single summer barley species is currently already possible.
