The paper proposes a Wavelet-based Algebraic Multigrid Preconditioner for iterative methods for the solution of linear systems issued from the Newton-Raphson application on nonlinear magnetic field problems. The numerical results show that the proposed technique is more efficient than the Incomplete Cholesky and the Incomplete LU decomposition (ILU).
