Purpose: The coming of the knowledge economic age makes the circumstance which enterprises face to more complex and variable. Chinese enterprises must improve the innovation ability; it depends on both technology innovation and management innovation. " In a certain meanings, technology is only of thirty percents in the factors which make major contribution to enterprise profit, and all of others are management". Management innovation has become the first factor that affects enterprises' subsistence and development, and it is the key whether the enterprises can become the technology innovation main body. There are already some tools that support technology innovation, but no tool can support management innovation successfully. Though a lot of scholars have been studying on management innovation theory, there is no solution for carrying out management innovation in practices successfully either. In order to improve the situation , it is necessary to study on the methods through which management innovation can be successfully carried out and finally get a solution to solve this problem. Process & Method; Knowledge engineering is a kind of means that carries on a scientific operation to the knowledge. Its processing object has already turned from the norm and easy processing of knowledge deeply into non-norm and difficult processing of knowledge, and its processing way has extended from close type to open type, and its processing scale has extended from the small handicraft workshop knowledge engineering to a large-scale engineering that can carry on much amount knowledge. The theory and method of knowledge engineering can be used into management innovation. Based on knowledge engineering theories, this paper summarizes and abstracts management innovation principles; and then builds a parameter system which is used to describe management innovation problems. Conclusion & Resu This paper builds a model framework of Chinese enterprise management innovation supporting system, and finds a solution that can successfully support enterprise management innovation; and solves the problems such as how to carry out knowledge representation and knowledge acquirement while knowledge engineering is being used in the enterprise management innovation. At last, a general knowledge model about enterprise management innovation is built.
机译:目的:知识经济时代的到来使企业面临的情况更加复杂多变。中国企业必须提高创新能力;它既取决于技术创新,又取决于管理创新。 “从某种意义上讲,技术在对企业利润做出重大贡献的因素中仅占百分之三十,而其他所有因素都是管理”。管理创新已成为影响企业生存和发展的首要因素,是企业能否成为技术创新主体的关键。已经有一些工具可以支持技术创新,但是没有任何工具可以成功地支持管理创新。尽管许多学者一直在研究管理创新理论,但也没有成功地在实践中进行管理创新的解决方案。为了改善这种情况,有必要研究可以成功进行管理创新的方法,并最终找到解决该问题的解决方案。工艺与方法;知识工程是对知识进行科学操作的一种手段。它的加工对象已经从知识的规范和易加工深化到知识的非规范和难加工,其加工方式已从封闭型扩展到开放型,加工规模已从小型手工艺车间知识扩展工程学到可以进行大量知识的大型工程学。知识工程的理论和方法可以用于管理创新。本文基于知识工程理论,对管理创新原则进行了总结和抽象。然后建立一个用于描述管理创新问题的参数系统。结论与结果;本文建立了中国企业管理创新支持系统的模型框架,并找到了可以成功支持企业管理创新的解决方案。解决了在企业管理创新中采用知识工程的过程中如何进行知识表示和知识获取等问题。最后,建立了关于企业管理创新的一般知识模型。
