摘要

This article introduces a kind of special group learning that is Communities of Practice ( CoPs) , and furthermore analyzes the knowledge growth dynamical mechanisms based on the network structure inside CoPs. At last computer simulations are used to test the analytical and validate the relation of knowledge growth rate within CoPs and various organization hierarchies. The paper takes the conclusion that CoPs mainly exists in the low organization hierarchies. It is one of the important parts of a learning organization and the main source of organization knowledge growth.
