CAREER ADVICE FOR MILLENNIALS

There are over 70 million Millennials born to the United States. Baby Boomers have started retiring, leaving the work place to the younger generations. By 2020, Millennials are expected to make up 40% of the U.S. workforce and by 2030 they could comprise more than half the workforce. As a senior member of this profession, I offer some career advice to Millennials, which I hope will assist them in furthering their careers. Millennials have matured in a different environment than other generations. As a result, they see things differently. Good advice, however, can be ageless.
