New process used to prepare overbased nano calcium naphthenate lubricating oil detergent is reported by HIGEE Rotating Bed reactor carbonation reaction. The raw material is petroleum acid taken out of VGO 4 cut fraction of Karamay naphthenie heavy crude oil. This method also reaches good results by research. Base number of sample prepared is larger than 300 mgKOH/g, kinematical viscosity at 100"C is lower than 100mm2/s, the turbidity is about JTU17.2. The observation results by refrigerating etching mieroscopo show that calcium carbonation crystal particle diameter in the alkaline nano calcium naphthenate is uniform about 10-30 nm, and it has good transmittance and colloid stability. Reaction time of carbonation is shorter than Kettle-typo method by 50 percent.
