Gronwall-Bellman-Bihari inequality is an important tool in the study of existence, uniqueness, boundedness, stability and other qualitative properties of solutions of differential equations and integral equations. We can found a lot of its generalizations in various cases from literature [1-3, 11-12]. More recently, many authors have made researches on retarded integral inequalities and obtained the plenteous results [4-10].
