摘要

This article is directed at a special group in the enterprise called core employees. It constructs a loss model of such a group based on the Group Conflict Theory and using Key Factor Technique. The model generalizes three key factors affecting the core employees' turnover: compensation, career and ideology. The conflicts in these aspects between employees and organization are the basic causes leading to the loss of core employees.
