Company Property Share Would Motivate Talent Staff in Hi-tech Enterprise

摘要

Based on the statistic analysis of questionnaire to the hi-tech SMB, this paper analyzes the obstacles of implementing incentive system for talent capital by factor analysis methods. It was indicated that the critical restrictions are conception about talents and management level of Hi-tech SMB. Different approaches should be employed to the different types of talent capital. Finally, we present some proposes for how to accelerate property rights motivation of Talent capital in Hi-tech SMB.
