Corporate Citizenship is a new contract between the stakeholders include shareholders, employees, consumers, community environment and business partner. A corporation must have a healthy cooperative relationship with its stakeholders, and in order to have a win-win situation, it must keep a balance between the owner and other stakeholders. The corporation's social responsibility has become an important problem and been attended by many corporations, as some corporation's irresponsible economic doing, especially the SMB, has arose the attention of the society and public, such as the pollution , the unfair treatment to the employees, the cheat to the customers etc. Based on the citizen nature of SMB, the paper describes the main content of the Corporate Citizenship and discusses the substantial benefits to SMB of the "corporate citizenship" strategy. It offers the suggestions to set up a new constraining and monitoring mechanism on CRS under the guidance of creating wealth for stakeholders for the sake of sustainable development.
