After an analysis of 689 effective questionnaires, a general idea was gained about the demographic characteristics of the IT employees, and also, an overall description of their professional life. Besides, factors that had an effect on professional life were analyzed. Results showed that compared with non-technicians, those experts in techniques are less loyal to the organizations. In addition, they are even easier to shift to another organization.
