摘要

Rapid enlargement of IT enterprise in terms of market and scale is restricted by human resources bottleneck after coming into growth period. The aim has turned survival into development from initial period and human resources development comes into main requirement for the company. The paper aims at the theory of enterprise life cycle to analyze characteristic of human resources during growth period of IT company, and propose human resources strategy for a long term.
