There is a lot of Land use and Transportation Models as a model evaluating the land use and transport policies. These models are constructed based on micro-economy theory and location theory. And the parameters of these models are estimated using population data and traffic demand data. But there are many cases that it is estimated by single time point data. And almost it is not examined which the parameter is stable or not according to the time point And then if parameter is not stable according to the time point, the simulation result using this model is not correct and we may make wrong judgment about transport and land use policies. Our interesting point is the stability of land Use Transportation model's parameters according to time point Therefore, in this study, we estimated a parameter of Land Use and Transportation Interaction Model that is now developing by using 3 time point (1972,1982, and 1992) data of Sendai metropolitan area And analyzed whether it is stable or not according to time point, and clarified a factor to change size of a parameter.
