EFRA,the European Flame Retardant Association, was founded in 1990 & brings together alll the major companies which manufacture or market flame retardants in Europe.EFRA is a Sector Group of CEFIC,the European Chemical Industry Council * covers all types of flame retardants: chemicals based on bromine, phosphorous, nitrogen, inorganic compounds and intumescent systems.
