摘要

Oil spectral analysis is one of the important methods of condition monitoring. This paper uses the theory of multivariate linear regression to establish the regression equation to establish the diagnosis model of multivariate linear regression. Monitoring the abnormal abrasion is based on the analysis of the regression value of the regression equation. It also analyzes the characteristic of abnormal abrasion and give out the limit value of abnormal abrasion. In the paper, there also have a diagnose example which prove the correctness of the diagnose model.
