High Speed Camera Shoot and Image Analysis of Javelin Throwing in the Final Thrust Phase

摘要

The final thrust phase of javelin throwing was photographed, and analyzing program was designed. A series of images were obtained, and stick figure of the human body and the parameters of joints were given (including velocity, acceleration, and the position of center mass, etc.). Through high-speed photographing and the program analyzing, the prescribed purpose was realized, and the throwing parameters of javelin thrower’s joints were obtained for improving performance. It was feasible using one camera and reconstructing the moving space in javelin thrust phase.
