In high dynamic circumstance the GPS signal may be subjoined Doppler frequency shift, which is usually so large that exceed the tracking bandwidth of carrier digital phase lock-loop (DPLL) and digital delay lock-loop (DDLL) adopted by general GPS measuring equipment, so it is very difficult to measure reliably the value of GPS pseudo-code time delay in this circumstance. A serial and parallel integrating receiving channel technology is introduced to acquire the GPS signal in this thesis, and the maximum likelihood estimation technology (MLE) is analyzed to measure the PN code time delay.
