摘要

A standard method of solar sell encapsulation using EVA films provides heating of a substrate and solar cells up to 150°C. In this case it is difficult to use transparent polymeric materials as a substrate. However, polymeric substrateapplication for encapsulation is very prospective, as it allows to decrease the module mass and to improve its consumercharacteristics. The present work is aimed at construction development, study of production technology and parameters ofminiature PV modules (with the power of up to 12 W) encapsulated on polymer substrates.
