摘要

A standard method of solar sell encapsulation using EVA films provides heating of a substrate and solar cells up to 150°C. In this case it is difficult to use transparent polymeric materials as a substrate. However, polymeric substrate application for encapsulation is very prospective, as it allows to decrease the module mass and to improve its consumer characteristics. The present work is aimed at construction development, study of production technology and parameters of miniature PV modules (with the power of up to 12 W) encapsulated on polymer substrates.
