摘要

With the spread of systems producing or consuming electricity with highly distorted waveforms, for instance certain types of variable-speed wind generators, accurate measurement techniques to detect different related power quality problems, such as flicker, are developed. This paper proposes different methods based on amplitude-phase-frequency (APF) estimators to define the magnitude and frequency of voltage flicker components. The general structure of the system and the experimental results are included.
