摘要

This paper presents a modified power balancetheory for extracting the reference compensating currents to shuntactive power filter (SAPF) which is applied to illuminate currentharmonics and compensate reactive power under unbalancedvoltages and unbalancing Nonlinear loads. A new method hasbeen proposed based proportional-integrator (PI) controller withtracking anti-windup protection is presented. The power balancetheory is used to establish suitable current reference signals. Thestudied is carried out with Matlab/Simulink and power systemtools to verify the performance of the proposed technique. Thefiltering method of the SAPF can achieve the THD% limit specifiedby the IEEE-519 standard.
