摘要

This work established the error correction factor of improved Teager energy operator (TEO) to reduce the online extraction errors of complex voltage flicker envelope. The applicable rectification formulas for the amplitude and frequency of voltage flicker envelope are obtained based on the proposed method, which are extracted by improved TEO. Rife-Vincent window has been used for weighting and the spectrum results are analyzed and corrected based on improved fast Fourier transform. Based on the proposed methods, a novel online tracking of voltage flicker algorithm is established, whose efficiency and accuracy has been validated by the results of multiple simulations and applications.
