摘要

Hot stove system is a process that is continuously and constantly generating hot air as the combustion air of blasting furnace. Hot stove system is regarded as a major energy consumption process because it consumes approximately 20% of the total energy in iron making works. Therefore, this paper proposes the Six Sigma methodology based on data mining and develops multi-stage combustion pattern control system for improving the heat efficiency of the hot stove to reduce the energy consumption. Then, we present optimal operation guidelines and the simulation results on the real-time prediction of the heat efficiency of the hot stove.
