Formation of insulating layer of the electrode for the electrode-contact discharge truing and its durability

We propose a forming method of a insulating layer necessary for the truing electrode. In the method we used the electrophoresis process and the stiffening process with perhydropolysilazane. The formed insulating layer of the thickness of less than 20μm was able to endure the voltage of 180V.
