The Study and Investigation of Screen SeparatingParameter on Herbage Seed

Using fullness of screen separating of reciprocating grid as screen separating qualityevaluation index, first make sure the screen aperture of the sifting plate in the experiment, whenvibration direction angle of the screen box defined zero degree, we find out the optimum value of thecleaner slope, the length of sifting plate, the vibration amplitude of the screen box, the vibrationfrequency of the screen box, conclude the influence regulation of the vibration amplitude of thescreen box and the vibration frequency of the screen box for the screen separating. In currentmethod, put forward better method of screen cleaner and the optimum value of screen separatingparameter, provided basis for the design of screen separating product.
