Analysis of Drying Influential Factors of the Paddy

摘要

This paper analyses the reasons which produces rice kernel cracking and the dryinginfluential factors during the drying process, and points out two independent parameters whichevaluates the internal stress, it also briefly states the difficulties of drying operation and the problemsof controlling measures in our country nowadays, and offers the suggestion of developing dryingtechnology.
