Dynamic Influence of Physical Characteristics ofNutrition Materials on Fungus Production

In order to study the impact of different physical characteristics of fungusmaterials on output and quality, this research took Pholiota nameko, Pleurotusostreatus, Lentinus edodes, Coprinus comatus as objects, the physicalcharacteristics such as density, moisture content, porosity, grain size, pH value,temperature and mechanic properties were analyzed. The results indicated thatdensity, moisture content, pH value and temperature had significant influence onfungus production. The rank of significance for different physical parameters was asfollow: moisture content> pH value >temperature > porosity > density >grain size.Through studying physical characteristics of basic materials for fungus production,the optimal mechanical and physical characteristics of fungus material weredetermined. By using multi-purpose and non-linear optimization theories and methodto set up the theoretical reference for machinery and equipment design for fungusproduction on one hand, and established a rational range for various kinds ofmaterial physical parameters for fungus production on the other hand. And amathematical model describing relations between physical characteristics of basicmaterials and fungus output was established. These had great significance forimproving the output and quality of fungus and for guidance of fungus production.
