摘要

The effect of high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF) on the weight-losingrate, browning index, rot ratio, pulp hardness, respiratory activity and relativeconductance of ‘Zaoyan’ peach was studied in this paper. The results showed thatHVEF could reduce the weight-losing rate, browning index, rot ratio obviously.Meanwhile the respiratory activity and the decrease of pulp hardness of peach werecontrolled by HVEF. The relative conductance of peach under HVEF rose slowly,which indicated that HVEF could control the ripeness and senescence of peach.
