Growth possibility of two-layer structures HTS/IL, on SrTiO3 substrate,for future c-axis stacked Josephson junctions, with IL being insulating infinite-layer (Ca,Ba)CuO2 and HTS being Bi- or Y-based superconducting systems, has been investigated.Films growth method is MOCVD. It was found that both HTS/(Ca, Ba)CuO2/SrTiO3structures are promising. Top HTS layer has shown superconductivity with Tc0 ofmaximum 65K and 74K for the BSCCO and YBCO systems, respectively. In the case ofBSCCO/IL/SrTiO3 structure, although we have used optimum growth conditions forindividual Bi-2223 films on substrate, only Bi-2212 phase formed. Growth window ofY-123 thin film from the top of the stacked structure is larger than for the BSCCO.
