Continuous Electrodialysis Treatment of Electroless Nickel Field Results

Electrodialysis has become an important method to extend the bath life of electroless nickel.Recently, a new continuous treatment method has been developed and installed in a platingshop for tests. The results of these tests provide insight into the importance of the operationparameters that determine the overall efficiency of the treatment. This paper will discuss theuse of a Design of Experiments technique to help optimize the numerous parameters that affectthe treatment results.
