Utilization of Web-based Data Mining System for Knowledge Creation

摘要

This study focused on investigating the potential combined impact of the knowledge worker's knowledge-based business model application and business intelligence technology proficiency on knowledge creation and business insight utilization. A 2 by 3 factorial design was utilized to test these combined effects. The MANOVA and ANOVA results show significant interaction and main effects of the business model application and business intelligence technology proficiency on the four factors of knowledge creation and business insight utilization.
