Has Wind Peaked?

This paper considers whether the future for wind power in the UK (and further afield) is still as bright as some predict. The conclusion is that it certainly is, but that the wind industry still has to keep working hard to ensure it is a success.The paper looks into the UK drivers and seeks to identify the place and role for wind energy. It then looks at the competition - the alternative routes to carbon savings - then the champions of these alternatives and finishes with a hit-list of actions the wind industry needs to take to keep this clean green technology growing in the UK.
