Advanced Rinsing Technology for Recycling in Surface Finishing Processes

Rinsing of plated products is usually done by immersion in multiple rinsing tanks or by spray rinsing. While these methods are simple, much space is wasted and there is high water consumption and excessive waste treatment costs. A new system uses a single-spry rinse tank with a distribution valve and multiple rinse tanks installed under the spray rinse tank. Conservation occurs by spraying rinse water in a predetermined order from a higher concentration and returning it to a specific rinse tank by the distribution valve. Drag-out solution is concentrated. The system is simple and lowers costs. It has been patented in the U.S.A., EU, and Japan.
