In order to meet the needs of safety production situation development, We developed personal computer software of safety production management beginning with safety management standard construction(1,2), and combining with industry feature and enterprise safety assessment(3,4) at the basis of current effective safety law and regualtion (5,6) under the direction of safety production safeguard system 8 aspects (7).
