Travel time is one of the most important traffic data. Although it has been studied to estimateit for a long time, there are still many problems about accuracy and measuring delay. So, wehave developed an algorithm to match vehicles based on their characteristics which aremeasurable by popular vehicle detectors and to estimate accurate travel time with short delay.As a result of evaluation, we demonstrate that this algorithm can estimate accurate travel timeto be practical even if it is able to measure only vehicle height. Moreover, it can be moreaccurate if it is able to measure vehicle length additionally.
