摘要

In this paper the Wheatstone bridge performance have been improved in terms of sensitivity and resolution by the use of a novel CMOS topology. The bridge resistances have been replaced by the output MOS resistances. The circuit is able to work at low supply voltages and shows a reduced power consumption, so to be used in sensor portable applications.
