A very useful multi-sensor airborne surveying system of real time data process and transmission is being developed. The sensors of the surveying system are consisted of some remote sensing instruments. The processed and compressed data are transmitted to the satellite, and then the receivers on the ground receive the data from the satellite and process and display them. Because of its some advantages k_u-frequency band are used. But the satellite-to-ground path attenuation is very serious because of rain, heavy cloudy or other factors. In order to compensate the path attenuation, we have been developing the propagation investigations and uplink power control method for the airbornesatellite path.
