A new ceramic-coated barrier film by dual element electron beam evaporation

The authors have developed a colorless and flexible barrier film of PET and PA with Dual Element Electron Beam Evaporation. The new ceramic-coated layer consists of SiO_2-Ai_2O_3 mixture. This paper describes the properties of this new ceramic-coated barrier film. Typically performances of the barrirer film are following.
