In this article, continuous time nonlinear systems wit lagged discrete time outputs are considered. Consider a globally exponentially continuous-discrete observer: an estimation of the whole state is given continuously but only some linear forms of the stateare available in discrete time. If there exists a globally exponentially stabilizing continuous time state feedback law then, under some conditions, they feedback law computed with the estimated stated still globally exponentially stabilize the system.
