An electroluminescent-photoconducting type electric signal delaying system is composed of two photoconducting elements (PC) and two electroluminescent cells (EL). In the system the input signal was a voltage pulse, supplying the element EL_1, and the output signal was the corrent through the element PC_1. For investigated EL-PC type system the time functions of the output signal and of the input signal were measured. Further experiments tended towards the determination of the effect of aging process on the parameters of investigated devices. The PC elements were subjected to aging in air at room temperature under atmospheric pressure.
