Parallel algorithms of calculation block-structured two-dimensional and three-dimensional optimal curvilinear grids for complex geometry domains are presented. Basic features of this approach are: a special way of formal-ization of the criterion of grids' closeness to uniform ones, providing smoothness of grids at blocks boundaries, automatization of arbitrary topologies grids generation for two-dimensional multi-connected domains, using combined iterations, which include both discrete and variational interpretations leading to effective computational process. Version of the program for a multiprocessor computer is described in detail for two-dimensional domains. Iterational algorithm of optimal adaptive grids generation in three-dimensional domains is described.
