We investigated the phonon spectra of different fullerenes and halogen-fullerene compounds: C_(60), C_(70), C_(60),I_(4-x), C_(70)I_2, C_(60)Br_(24), C_(60)Cl_(24), and _(74), Cl_(17). Two types of bonding in these materials have been established: a C_(60),I_(4-x) and C_(70) I_2 compounds are formed by C_(60) or C_(70) molecule sublattice and I_2 molecule sublattice which weakly interact via van-der-Waals forces; b) C_(60)Br_(24), C_(60)Cl_(24), and C_(70),Cl_(17)compounds are characterized by covalent bounds between C and Br/Cl atoms.
