In the (Sr_(1-x)Bi_2x/3)TiO_3 (x=0.04, 0.06,0.08) ceramics, the temperature dependence of the permittivity reveals several sets of permittivity peaks in different temperature ranges. The dielectric properties in the temperature range of 300-550K were measured and discussed in the present paper. The results show that the electrical conduction emchanism in the temperautre range of 300-550K was attributed ot the thermal excitation of carriers from the V_o states to the conduction edge, and the dielectric permittivity peak is realted to a dipole-like dielectric relaxatioin.
