摘要

In the (Sr_1-xBi_2-x/3)TiO_3 (x=0.04, 0.06, 0.08) ceramics, the temperature dependence of the permitivity reveals several sets of perimittivity peaks in different temperature ranges. The dielectric- properties in the temperature range of 300-5000K were measured and discussed in the present paper the results show that the electrical conduction mechanism in the temperature range of 300 - 550K was attributed to the thermal excitation of carriers from the V states to the conduction edge, and the dielectric permittivity peak is related to a dipole-like dielectric relaxation.
