Environmental protection in the production of gravel and sand in Croatia

摘要

In the paper the extraction and benefication techniques in some of the biggest plants of Zagreb environs are represented. Described are the environmental protection measures taken during and after the end of exploitation, as well as possibilities for a preparation of the area for habitation and recreation purposes.
