The technological conditions of manufacturing fructosel, 6-diphosphate(FDP) by bioconversion using free yeast cells were studied. The optimal result of permeabilizing yeast with toluene was obtained. The appropriate temperature, pH, glucose and inorganic phosphate concentration were 30 approx 40 deg C, 6.0,>0.1mol/Land<0.2 mol/L, respectively. When the fed batch reaction was made under the above conditions, our results obtained were that concentration of FDP accumulation was 135.65g/L, and yield of FDP to glucose was 28.2 percent.
