We report studies of the electrical characteristics of an Annular Ring (AR) buried resistor fabricated using Polymer Thick Film (PTF) material, and present a circuit model that accurately describes its behavior. The analysis is based on DC stress and AC measurements performed on resistors ranging from 15Ω to 7.56kΩ.
